Job Description

Magee Resource is working with a retail apparel company in the North to hire a SAP Development Director. This role will lead all aspects of SAP application development for a large-scale ERP transformation, ensuring adherence to SAP Clean Core principles. The director will manage a team of developers, oversee WRICEF development, BTP integrations, and S/4 HANA implementations, and collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in SAP application development with 3+ years leading SAP teams, preferably in Fashion or Retail
• Hands-on experience with S/4 HANA implementations, SAP BTP Integration Suite, and WRICEF development
• Strong knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles and modern development frameworks
• Proven ability to manage global ERP rollouts and communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders
