Job Description

Magee Resource Group is partnering with a manufacturing organization to hire a Director of Finance (SAP). This individual will lead the buildout of a newly established U.S. manufacturing division, owning all accounting and finance operations while helping stand up the function from the ground up. The role combines hands-on accounting leadership with ownership of cost accounting, financial reporting, and operational finance in a capital equipment setting. This is a high-visibility position working closely with executive leadership, with the opportunity to shape team structure, processes, and long-term growth.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of accounting experience, including cost accounting in a manufacturing environment
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing accounting/finance teams
• Strong background in capital equipment or complex manufacturing required
• Expert knowledge of SAP FICO, required
