Job Description

Magee Resource Group is partnering with our direct client in the oil and gas industry in Mississippi to hire a full-time SuccessFactors Specialist. This position focuses on the technical side of SuccessFactors, requiring a hands-on configuration resource to support the S/4 project and represent data structures for interfacing. You will operate within the SuccessFactors application, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across key business processes.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of SuccessFactors experience
  • Experience interfacing SuccessFactors with S/4
  • Strong support experience across Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Onboarding, and Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Onboarding and LMS experience are must-haves
