Magee Resource Group is partnering with our direct client in Illinois, in the manufacturing sector to hire an SAP IBP Lead. This role is critical to driving IBP implementations and supporting a large-scale S/4HANA transformation. The person will lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Demand Planning, Supply Response, Inventory Management, and Control Tower initiatives while working closely with executive leadership and technical teams.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of SAP IBP experience, including implementation and configuration.
• Strong background in IBP strategy, optimization, and integration with enterprise planning.
