Magee Resource Group is partnered with a nationally ranked healthcare center in the South to find a ITSM Request Manager to lead the strategy, governance, and ongoing management of the ServiceNow service catalog and request fulfillment processes. ITSM Request Manager will serve as the primary owner of the catalog, working closely with technical teams and stakeholders to implement ITIL-aligned best practices, streamline service delivery, and enhance the end-user experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field OR 10 years of IT experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Information Technology
- ITIL Foundations and ITSM certifications preferred
