Primary Focus Areas: 

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of end-to-end analytics and operational reporting solutions for SAP S/4HANA and integrated platforms. 

  • Drive adoption of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Datasphere, and Business Data Cloud for modern reporting and data management. 

  • Rationalize and modernize legacy reporting libraries to deliver cost-effective, scalable, and actionable insights. 

Team and Organizational Context: 

  • Part of Ralph Lauren’s Next Generation Transformation (NGT) program, a global initiative modernizing enterprise systems and processes. 

  • Collaborates with IT leaders, solution integrators, and business process owners across finance, supply chain, merchandising, and order management. 

  • Provides leadership and direction to a cross-functional reporting and analytics team. 

Key Technologies in Use: 

  • SAP S/4HANA 

  • SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) 

  • SAP Datasphere 

  • Business Data Cloud / modern data architecture 

  • Integration with non-SAP data and reporting platforms 

Ideal Candidate: 

  • 10+ years of SAP BW/analytics experience with 2–3 full-cycle large-scale SAP program deliveries. 

  • 3+ years leading teams through digital transformation journeys. 

  • Hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation experience. 

  • Strong functional knowledge of SAP operational reporting across finance, supply chain, merchandising, and order management. 

  • Expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and integration with SAP/non-SAP data sources. 

  • Experience in the Fashion/Retail industry highly preferred. 

  • Excellent communicator who can translate complex reporting needs into actionable, high-quality solutions.

  • Reporting modernization is central to Ralph Lauren’s NGT program and is highly visible to leadership. 

  • High expectations around rationalizing legacy reports, enabling fit-for-purpose modern reporting, and ensuring performance and cost-effectiveness. 

  • Requires a balance of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership.

Experience:

Compensation/ Work Model 

  • Base salary: $170K–$190K, Bonus: 10%, Equity: 10% 

  • Hybrid work model with flexibility.
