Magee Resource Group is partnering with a global manufacturing company headquartered in Mississippi to hire a QA Testing Lead. This role will define and execute the end-to-end testing strategy for their S/4 journey and other enterprise initiatives. The Testing Lead ensures the quality and readiness of SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce systems by coordinating SIT, UAT, and regression testing across IT, business units, and system integrator partners. This person will manage testing governance, maintain traceability, and ensure solutions meet business objectives and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• 7–10 years of QA testing and project management experience in large-scale ERP/CRM implementations (SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce preferred).
• Proficiency with testing tools such as Cloud ALM, qTest, Signavio, Jira, or HPQC.
• Proven ability to manage complex testing cycles and map business requirements to test cases.
• Strong communication skills with experience collaborating across technical, business, and vendor teams.
