Job Description

Magee Resource Group is partnered with a technology organization to hire a Senior Director of Design Engineering, AI/ML System Architect to lead the architecture and delivery of advanced AI/ML infrastructure platforms. This role focuses on defining system-level designs for AI training and inference environments, guiding cross-functional engineering teams, and serving as a senior technical interface for customers and partners. The position is hardware-centric with deep involvement across compute, networking, power, cooling, and overall platform integration.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of server and/or AI/ML accelerator hardware design experience, including 5+ years in AI infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with modern GPU accelerators (Nvidia, AMD, Intel, or similar)
• Strong system-level expertise across power, cooling, mechanical, electrical, and SW/FW integration
• Proven success leading NPI efforts and delivering complex platforms to market
