Job Description

Magee Resource Group is looking for a hands-on SAP FICO Manager to lead Finance production support and ongoing S/4 initiatives in a high-visibility, customer-facing environment. This is a working manager role supporting corporate finance, procurement, payroll, and manufacturing, with direct interaction with senior finance leaders. The right person will bring strong FICO configuration knowledge (especially master data), proven team leadership, and the ability to operate independently while building solid business relationships.

 Qualifications:

• 8+ years of SAP FICO experience with multiple full lifecycle implementations 
• Strong knowledge in the areas of GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Product Costing, and Controlling 
• 3+ years leading SAP teams in a production support environment 
• Experience in S/4HANA with knowledge of integrations across SD, MM, PP (Fiori exposure a plus)
• Master Data configuration expertise behind SAP FICO required
