Job Description

Magee Resource Group is seeking a SAP IBP Analysts to support and enhance end-to-end supply chain planning within a live SAP Integrated Business Planning environment. This role is hands-on across Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP, and Demand-Driven Replenishment, focused on optimizing planning models, improving data accuracy, and driving stronger adoption of IBP across the business. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to configure solutions, support enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and help shape how IBP is used to enable better, faster planning decisions.

Qualifications:

  • 3–10 years SAP IBP experience
  • Strong functional knowledge across IBP modules (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP, DDR)
  • Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA integration points and planning configurations
  • Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, testing (SIT/UAT), and production support
